When I saw the Florida Land and Sales ad, I decided to take the chance in scheduling an appointment to check out the properties just down the road from me and most importantly, check the legitimacy of the process. When I made the call, I was skeptical at first, but to my surprise, Robert was very courteous, humble and helpful! He introduced himself, gave me a brief version of both his personal and professional background, which included his wife, Julie, who is also a member of the company. He answered all my questions, and on those he could not answer with certainty, he was honest about it and followed up with me and answered my questions very promptly. He asked me questions about what I was  looking for, purpose of purchase to ensure he matched me to my ideal property, etc. He made suggestions based on the information I provided and he  asked for my opinion, concurrence on his suggestions, etc. During the conversation, he periodically checked if I had questions or anything to add. Robert was very attentive, called me a few times throughout the week to confirm the appointment, ensured all my questions were addressed properly, gave me directions for the meeting location and he never once sounded disingenuous.

On the day of the appointment, I was greeted with smiles and warmth from other members of his team, and when I gave my name they all seemed to know exactly who I was and who my appointment was with; they directed me were to go to sign in, get ny name tag, water, refreshments… a very comforting and reassuring feeling.

Prior to driving to the properties, Robert, showed me the map and locations, at that moment I realized I had gone from being skeptical to feeling very excited, nervous and other mixed emotions.

What made such a significant difference in the process is that Robert never made me feel pressured. He allowed me time to think, process what was happening, walk out on the property, took the time to give me background about the property; he introduced me to his boss, Steve, who was very friendly, enthusiastic and very understanding, accommodating and genuine!

The paperwork and closing all went smoothly and fast! Jill, Steve’s wife, took the time to explain every step during the entire process, with great disposition and friendly conversation.

This is a family owned company/business, very reputable, very knowledgeable and genuine. They did an incredible job with the land. Their promise of delivering quality land did not fall short. I was happy purchasing this land from them, and I am blessed they continue to reach out to check on me, even though they don’t really have to. We did not know if we would be able to purchase the land we had been dreaming about for almost 3 years. I found Hidden River Lakes Properties online, sent the email information request and you quickly responded, sending us all the details about the big sale event.

Florida Land Sales did a fantastic job coordinating the logistics to gather all the visitors having multiple Sales Representatives ready to get us into those nice trucks and take us to see the land that would soon will be ours. A few weeks later; Jill, Jennifer, Joni and everyone at the office were so supportive and ready to answer calls, emails and questions in such an effective manner that when some other financial institutions were not helping us, they offered options that at the end made the closing possible to make the final steps to complete the purchase of “our” land.
